Another topic to discuss:

Which player in Viking history did you hate see leave the most? I imagine we will get a lot of "Randy Moss" answers (that is my pick, BTW), and probably some Alan Page answers as well. Is there anyone else you hated to see go?

Alan Page was before my time so I would probably say Moss too. If I had to pick someone else, probably Birk.

Carter, Randle.

Didn't like seeing them playing for other teams even if was just for a little bit.

Birk hurt too... I was bummed about Randall McDaniel as well.

Mr Winfield with his head shaking no and that smile. Toughest little bastard that ever played the game.

I kinda disliked when Daren Sharper left us. But I don't think no player leaving hurt me as much as Moss, especially after his second departure. I was irate.

Moss, but only due to on field play. Otherwise, he was a little punk #### who quit on his team. Unlike alot of Vikings fans, I never rooted for him to get a ring after he left. I'm somewhat glad he didn't, as his attitude didn't warrant a Championship in the slightest. (Still obviously wish he could have got one with us though, but for obvious reasons.)

I didn't like seeing Moss go. Despite the personal issues that some here have with him, there's no denying Randy was a fantastic WR.

Another reason a player can leave is a life changing injury. I hated seeing what happened to Daunte Culpepper. The guy was an ultra-talented QB but never the same after his injury.

Page getting released in the season and then signing with Chicago was awful.

Chuck Foreman leaving with bad knees and trying to latch on with the Patriots was painful to witness.

Moss' trade, even with Randy acting like a child, was foolish, in hindsight.

That was the worst, although I hated seeing Eller, Randle and CC leave too.

Moss, obviously. Winfield. Daunte, even though it was because of injury.

I'd agree and I'd add Moss (the first departure - for some reason, the second one wasn't as bad). With CC it was almost like his talent left after the Vikings (sort of). I remember him dropping more passes as Dolphin than I ever remember him dropping as a Viking. Hated to see that happen to him, but it lessened the 'sting' of him leaving a little bit.

Randy Moss. Randy Moss. Randy Moss. I will never forgive this team for letting Moss go. Heck, I am still mad that we didn't even let Moss stay during the 2010 season when we traded for him.
