@mortreport Mike Zimmer and Vikings are moving toward a deal, hoping to complete negotiations by today, per league sources.

I'm extremely excited for next year now. our defense will be instantly turned around under Coach Zimmer. Just hope he brings in a creative Offensive coordinator and we'll be looking good.

@AdamSchefter One candidate Vikings HC Mike Zimmer is considering as his offensive coordinator is Norv Turner, per league sources.

I hope you are right, but if he shifts to the 3-4, I think there will be at least one season of growing pains. Not a lot of talent in that back 7.

he's not going to shift to a 3-4

Zimmer has always run the 4-3 everywhere he's been, outside of one season with the Cowboys under Parcells.

@RapSheet #Bengals LB coach Paul Guenther is still deciding if he wants to join Mike Zimmer in Minnesota or stay in Cincy as DC.
