The Vikings' second-place finish in the NFC North enables them to know who they will play next season.
The Vikings will face every team in the NFC East and AFC North and will play the second-place teams in the NFC South (Carolina) and NFC West (Seattle). Of course, they will play home-and-homes against their NFC North foes.
The Vikings' home games will be against Philadelphia, Washington, Cleveland, Carolina, Chicago, Detroit and Green Bay. The Sept. 29 game against Pittsburgh in London will count as a home game for the Vikings.
On the road, the Vikings will play Dallas, the Giants, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit and Green Bay.

Doesn't seem quite as daunting as this season's, although I think the NFC North will be the best division in football again next season. They will play RG III and Cam Newton at home next season, that will be tough.

I wonder why the London game is a 'home' game? Does that mean season ticket holders get free airfare?

Any idea on when exactly what weeks the games will be played or will that be unknown until April?

No. But expect the second Packer games to one of the last two weeks in December at Green Bay.

Not as daunting? Road games against 8-8,9-7,10-6,10-6,11-5,10-6,4-12, and 11-5 based on this year's finish?
Home looks a bit nicer: 10-5(London),4-12,10-6,5-11, 7-9, 10-7,4-12, and 11-5.
But in all, only 5 games against teams with losing records. This year we had the same, but two of the losing season teams we played were at 7-9 or 7-8-1, unlike next year.
If you put the London game in the 'away' column that's 1 game out of 9 on the road against teams with a losing record this year. Looks challenging.
