After coming off a close loss against the division rival packers, how will our second meeting of the season against the bears play out?

I think the Vikes will win and slip past the Bears in a very tight game. Peterson will have another 100 yard day. Ponder will play more like he did at home against the Lions than how he has on the road the last 2 weeks. It won't be pretty but it will be a win.

Chicago 17
Minnesota 6
UNLESS Ponder gets benched. I just don't see him having the cnfidence to be effective anymore this season.

Peterson tears it up the first half scoring a TD and getting us in field goal range. Ponder throws a pair of picks and gets benched at the half down 17-10. Joe Webb comes in and helps AD tear it up some more. Vikings win 27-24.

24-17 Vikings. Fingers crossed for Harvin's return. They need him bad.
w/o Harvin: 21-13 Bears.

Hamstring strain could sideline Urlacher for season
Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher is expected to miss the next three games and possibly the rest of the regular season with a Grade 2 hamstring strain, according to two sources familiar with his injury status.

Not a chance in heaven they'll bench ponder. They just don't get it.

I like to live in fantasy land, and in this land the coaching staff not only bench him for the second half of this game but for the rest of the season.

If Frazier and co. want jobs they will come up with the best game plan possible. It would be AMAZING if Percy was back but you gotta do what you gotta do to win. Fakes, 4th down conversions, flea flickers, etc. Do what you can...win if you can.

I agree with Pepper2 Moss with Harvin Vikes win 24-16 with out Bears win 28-10.

doesn't look like harvin will play. PFT says he actually tore a ligament in his ankle which requires 4-6 weeks of rest. he's at 5 weeks now since the injury. i doubt he'll be pushed..

If he starts off poorly and throws a pick or 2 he'll get benched. Whether that be only for the rest of the game or going forward remains to be seen.
Hate to say it, but I don't think so.
Like Zulgad and Pelissario said, playing Ponder until the bitter end is an organizational decision, not a head coach's decision. Only way we see Webb is if Ponder gets hurt.
