This is our last and shortest game of the year, but lots to pick! The lines on the Super Bowl are predicting a high-scoring, close game.

I don't know. That looks like a rare push in that category.Turtle Burger wrote:Since it was a penalty that was responsible for the safety, that makes "1st player to score" a little tricky. I'm thinking it should be Victor Cruz who scored the next TD.
is going to cost me the game.Barry wrote: Longest TD - Over 50 yards

Tough call, and the way that category goes will determine the outcome. Since the question is worded "Player to score first", and no player actually scored on the safety, it makes sense to me to say that Cruz was the first player to score.Barry wrote: I don't know. The more I think about it, the more I think you are right. It's hard to say that Cruz scored first if there already were 2 points on the board when he scored. I counted it as a push. I hope Geoff and beardedterror will not destroy me for revenge.Barry wrote: I don't know. That looks like a rare push in that category.
Seems fair to me. Tuck was credited with the pressure in the play-by-play (it's not intentional grounding if there isn't pressure), so if anyone gets credit, maybe him? (nobody picked him, of course). Maybe BradyTurtle Burger wrote: The more I think about it, the more I think you are right. Horror drops? A number of those Brady threw poorly and the receivers did a lot of work to even get a hand on it to have it be considered a "drop" (the Welker one in particular).Valhalla wrote:Little shame in picking New England, Brady's wife is correct, the receivers were dropping balls like hot potatoes, how is New England going to win? That was absolutely pathetic.

There were at least 3 of these horror drops I saw.
