well I am finally down to a small bill and only one card

in previous years when the economy was better I would spend
without too much concern. When the extra money wasn't available
I realized wow! that more bills than I thought it was .

funny things plastic Its a lot more fun to buy things by signing your name

than it is to pay the bill... :beerchug:

Yeah, I am glad to be debt free with a paid off credit card.
Anyhow, unrelated to this, I just discovered that my mother borrowed almost 5000 DOLLARS from me when I briefly gave her power of attorney.

Yeah, only about 2 grand to go.
I only make like 17 a year, so this was a CRAZY amount of money to borrow from me.
And you know what she used it on?
Paying off her car on her credit card.

If I ever had any credit card debt I'd have a bunch of investigators on me.
I might be tempted to "sell secrets".
Like what? Sarge likes cream no sugar in his coffee when I'm on swing shift with him?
Please. But I have known people who make unwise major purchases on credits and loans and get kicked out of their military job over it. That used car lot All Military Approved! and payday loan hustle is dangerous stuff.
