Help needed windows

I keep getting an error code with internet explorer

red (X) the requested lookup key was not found in any activation contex

underneath is an OK box

I have ran nortons anti virus and tried to reset my settings for the browser and I can't
get it fixed any help would be great.

If you just updated something first try rebooting the computer. If that does not work you will probably need to remove IE7 Go to the control panel add/remove programs Remove IE7 then reinstall

Have you tried accessing the internet via Firefox? I am just wondering if it has the same issue as IE 7/

I tried firefox and chrome as well but i couldn't not get it too download


I did a reinstall and it seems to be working I had some problem with loading the drivers
but comcast support walked me through it.
