KFAN-AM co-host Dubay arrested for controlled substance possession

KFAN-AM 1130 radio show co-host Jeff Dubay was arrested Wednesday evening in Maplewood for felony possession of a controlled substance and was released without being charged.

I wonder what the controlled substance was?

I don't know what "felony possession" is these days... but I doubt that's a bag of weed or something.

my quess would be coke or meth most likely

in California it takes a lot of weed to be illegal

I saw that this morning. I was shocked. Brenda and I love to catch PA and Dubay every Monday when we leave Minnesota after the games. This could put an end to that, depending on the outcome.

If it was "felony possession" why wouldn't they charge him?

He would be almost the last person that I thought would do something like that though. That will be something worth keeping an eye on.

That is what I was wondering. Why was he released and no charges? I bet it was some sort of prescription drug or something.

I was listening to PA on Thursday, and he kept saying Dubay was not there... made it sound like he was sick or something. Interesting.

LOL! Sounds like the cops needed some more weed "arrested on felony possesion" but then they just release him with no charges? "just hand over the weed and run along home like a good boy, that'll learn ya"

Doesn't he rag on players for doing stupid things like that? If he turns out to be guilty
they should throw the book at him.

Gah, I wish I could confiscate a "felony" amount of sticky icky. To turn in to the base's Security Forces, of course.
But is it a sure thing that it is weed?
Maybe he got nabbed with 5 pounds of blow or something. He could take Pacman Jones' spot with the Dallas Cokeboys if that were the case.
