Down in West Palm Beach, Florida

Great great trip. I would say its good to be home, back here in Iowa but well... it's not.

Anyhow, seeing as Ive been gone for a shade under two weeks, I know I missed a lot. I would try and read it all, well I did try, but theere's a lot. Can anyone give me the fastest runup on all the good Vikings news thats happened in less than 30 seconds without breaking a sweat. Forever greatful, thanks!

Its been preety quiet the last to weeks to be honest.

The cut Erasmus James but now they are syaing they got
a late rounder next year from the Redskins for him.
