I could be wrong but I think the Patriots did this a few years ago...? Traded down to the bottom of rd 1 and then did it again. They had a boatload of 2nd/3rd round picks. Anyone else remember this? You're right. They traded back two spots, then traded back two spots again. Not very dramatic, but I guess it technically counts.
