Maybe, just maybe, Ponder can learn something from watching the rookie Wilson today.

Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Gameday Discussion Thread -- Week 9
3rd and 10 and you call a draw because you KNOW your QB cant throw you a first down. Musgrave knows Ponder sucks as much as we do.BGM wrote:You guys are seriously resorting to blaming Ponder for a draw play fumble? C'mon. There are many reasons to doubt Ponder, but claiming the playcalling was because of a lack of confidence seems like a stretch. Had he broken that run, like it looked like he would have, it would be hailed as a brilliant play. As it is, it was a great defensive play.
Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Gameday Discussion Thread -- Week 9
What's happened to the run defense? Majorly slipping.
Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Gameday Discussion Thread -- Week 9
Don't know where we'll get Ponder's replacement. We've won too many games to "suck for Barkley", and we don't want to draft another QB in the middle of the first round. That's how we got Ponder.
Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Gameday Discussion Thread -- Week 9
I dont know why everyone is so concerned about Ponder......it really does not make any difference if he is good or not. THIS DEFENSE SUCKS SO BAD that unless the offense can score 40 points a game we wont win anyhow.

What is that witchcraft the Seahawks are using where they throw the ball up field and the skinny guy who runs fast catches it?

Rice throws it better than check down.

Sidney Rice has more passing yards than Ponder.

And Ponder and his 3 and outs are going to wear our D out so they look worse at the end of the game then they actually are.

Is Bevell still the OC down there? Never seen that when he was here.
