I agree. But I don't really think it matters with protection or not. He missed Webb on what should have been the easiest TD pass of his career. He missed Jennings on a key 3rd down out route that would have ran the clock down. Then he inexplicably throws the football to the middle of the field, twice, with less than a minute and one timeout.

Frazier, Musgrave, and Ponder all need to be gone.

Okay now the losing is serious. The Lions and Bears games, those hurt but we know we get to see them again. The Browns loss is just plain wrong. Hoyer should have been rattled. He played like an all pro out there. Today or tomorrow, there needs to be some kind of meeting. Players only as well as coaches having their meeting. This is not cool. This is not the Viking way.

Minnesota Nice.

What a joke of a drive that was. Once again, even an average QB could have done better. Even a QB starting his second game.
Never will be there be a better example/comparison of how inexcusable Ponder is. Hoyer made dumb mistakes too, but he won.
Clevelnd has a better defense thats why !

Our defense made Hoyer look like Peyton Manning out there.

LOL.....that is our Vikings. Call a timeout and throw the ball away. Just they way we drew it up.

Let me get this straight:

Our defense can't stop a 3rd string QB who just traded away their best RB...

Ponder runs for two TD's but can't throw to get critical 3rd downs to run out the clock and actually win the game. My next question is who do we take with the top pick?
