ofcourse, but maybe a ray of hope starts shining through? cause like it or not he's our guy for the rest of this season at least.VikingLord wrote: Much better overall in the 2nd half.
But with Ponder it's always like this - you get some good snaps and some bad snaps. The good just never outweighs the bad. Even if he finishes with a perfect 2nd half it just balances out his awful first half.
Not use to walsh kicking soo shortPurplemania wrote:Is our special team really this bad???
Except at the end. Everybody knew that run play was coming on first and ten. Grrrr...soflavike wrote:Hey, the offense showed competence and variety on that drive.
I was just thinking the same thing. Hopefully it continues.Captain wrote:All things aside...what happened to Ponder at half time? He actually looks like an NFL QB right now
The refs are calling nothing on these special teams plays.Purplemania wrote:Is our special team really this bad???

Bears are getting away with a lot on those returns. Hester is really good and I don't want to take away from what he's done, but I've seen at least one significant foul on each of those big returns and the refs haven't called one.Hunter Morrow wrote:I swear I saw a ton of blocking in the back on that return.
