Yeah, I seriously don't know how to explain it at all, and not to smack talk the packers since they just kicked our butts but it's definitely weird to see all the WR drops, the out of syncness (im sure thats a word!) and the mistiming that's going on for them. The plays were there and they missed a few.Mothman wrote:
I agree. If they were, this game would have been a huge blowout. It's been startling in recent weeks to see how out of sync their passing game gets. They're missing a lot of opportunities I'm accustomed to seeing them make.
Hopefully that will be a very meaningful game for both teams!

Totally agree.
Especially when the Pack needed it most: that last drive of the first half. It was something like 4 or 5 plays in a row where it was just blatant. The one play they picked up their flags because they realized their favoritism would be a little too obvious since the pass was 20 feet out of reach.

Maybe it was just dumb luck, but it was wildly imbalanced.Texas Vike wrote:

Also, Jerome Boger's crew had an even worse performance in an earlier game. I miss the replacement refs.

Jerome Boger and Walt Anderson are usually the best ones, imo. Its odd that he had a bad game.fiestavike wrote:Also, Jerome Boger's crew had an even worse performance in an earlier game. I miss the replacement refs.

I like that way of thinking.......I cringe when I see Sendejo on the field.mondry wrote:

I had been hoping to keep a more level, even keeled, type atmosphere and put it in the NFL talk to analyze, but your the boss.S197 wrote: Put it in the smack shack

blame the officials all you want when the truth is our qb is the next rg3 and kaepernick. today is simply a result of what happens when you have to face a REAL quarterback. 21 starts and bridgewater has yet to throw for 3 td's in a game and you expect us to beat arron rodgers? my god wake up.
Re: Packers @ Vikings Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 11
Bridgewater's game is nothing at all like RGIII or Kaepernick. They are running QBs who struggle to throw in the pocket. Teddy is a traditional pocket passer who throws well on the run and runs as a last resort (which happens to be a lot of the time the past 2 years).mosscarter wrote:blame the officials all you want when the truth is our qb is the next rg3 and kaepernick. today is simply a result of what happens when you have to face a REAL quarterback. 21 starts and bridgewater has yet to throw for 3 td's in a game and you expect us to beat arron rodgers? my god wake up.
Also - Teddy outplayed Rodgers today despite the oline playing terribly.

Idk if he really, 'outplayed him'. His statline was more voluminous but he wasn't moving the ball as effectively.TSonn wrote: Bridgewater's game is nothing at all like RGIII or Kaepernick. But yea, I agree. Bridgewater is nothing like any of those guys, not that being like Wilson would be a bad thing.
