Why wasn't Diggs there? Personal business or is he hurt?halfgiz wrote:Stefon Diggs not seen at #Vikings practice. Andre Smith, Sharrif Floyd, Kyle Rudolph, Rhett Ellison, David Morgan not practicing.

I guess I thought he was better since he played in the MNF game.PurpleMustReign wrote:
He's had a groin injury for a couple of weeks.
They are probably hoping to go easy on him for the week, have him play against Texas, then let the bye do the resting. The Vikings are hunting for the superbowl this year, you need to try and win every game you can. Playoffs are never a sure thing until you are in.losperros wrote:Autobon7 is right. Maybe Diggs should rest and activate Wright.
That and if the NFC has to go through our stadium I don't see anyone beating us in there.IrishViking wrote: They are probably hoping to go easy on him for the week, have him play against Texas, then let the bye do the resting. I just feel it would be advantageous to make sure Diggs is 100% before trotting him on the field. I'd rather he miss 1 game as opposed to 3 (or more). Not only do I have faith in the rest of the group but it would give Bradford real time to develop a better rapport with them. I do get what you are saying about trying to win every game and that is very true.....always a chess match.IrishViking wrote: They are probably hoping to go easy on him for the week, have him play against Texas, then let the bye do the resting. I,totally agree. Groin injuries are one of those things that can keep,a,guy down the entire season if not taken, care of early. I'd rather see him sit a bit and heal up and come back for the run at the end than play the season out at 50% or even end up being out.autobon7 wrote: I just feel it would be advantageous to make sure Diggs is 100% before trotting him on the field. Wonder what the word on Harris is? I would maybe keep Austin Shepherd on speed dial even though he is a guard. I think he is teamless at the moment.halfgiz wrote:We're getting really thin on the offensive line. Just wonder if we're at least looking just for backups.
Who would now be our swing tackle?
Didn't someone sign Shepherd?autobon7 wrote: Wonder what the word on Harris is? I would maybe keep Austin Shepherd on speed dial even though he is a guard. I think he is teamless at the moment.
