I just hope he doesnt take 3 years to be an average CB. Maybe we trade CP and he can return kicks. I think he would be great at it.

I'm with you one hundred percent! The Vikings CBs need to do what every CB is supposed to do first and foremost - effectively cover receivers.

Trae Waynes is going to help the team with that.

Cant tackle and cant get the INT's. At least he might know 1/3 of his job

Agree 100%. We now have very athletic LBs that can get sideline to sideline. I'm not worried about him tackling

Rhodes "hasnt gotten the ints" either. Does that make him bad? As long as they are shutting down their guys, who cares. The INTs will come. They are both shutdown type corners.

Dont know who that is. I do know Parker was the BPA at the time of this pick. He plays game one and is an instant improvement to the team, making the job the offense has, instantly better. Waynes is going to take a few years, if then, before we know if he can cover, and can learn to tackle. The Vikings havent had corners that can make INTs for years, and this scares me.

He was referencing Marcus peters, someone you suggested was a better corner earlier

Peter's is a better corner. A better fit in the NFL. Off the field issues concern me, but apparently they dont for all the AD supporters. And Ray Lewis one, and I could go on and on. Not all end up like PH.
