Similar issues, different reasons. The situations just aren't equivalent. Jennings' production fell off primarily because he missed time with injuries. Urlacher's game has fallen off because he simply can't do what he was once able to do anymore. Jennings' hasn't suffered the decline in overall speed and athleticism that has impacted Urlacher's game.Demi wrote:Both have fallen off the last couple years. Hm, I've heard a few times that part of the reason Jennings was getting more time in the slot was a loss of some of his speed that didn't allow him to function as well on the outside.Jennings' hasn't suffered the decline in overall speed and athleticism that has impacted Urlacher's game.

Dansby has no experience in this system. Even with the step Urlacher lost he's better in coverage then Dansby has ever been.
