For sure and it is definitely more of a rivalry when both teams win games. Tonight you won a solid one.CbusVikesFan wrote: It's all good JG. What would the game be without rivalry and competition?

what day?dead_poet wrote:Vikes play at 12:05 p.m.
I definitely don't see us getting blown out like we did before but Teddy worries me. 10 completions for 99 yards? Thats brutal. We need to go back to the recent game plans of quick hitterslosperros wrote:
Maybe. The Vikings are still utterly dependent on their defense and Peterson to chalk up wins. Is that enough for the playoffs?
I can't help but wonder if AD's injury will deplete his abilities at all against Seattle, not to mention the other players that are hurting.
Gotta go with Dead Poet on this. With all the banged up players, the Vikings chances of beating Seattle are limited.
You know what the sad thing is, he won't be considered for coach of the year.Mothman wrote: It looks that way! Congrats to Zimmer and the whole team on a division championship, hopefully the first of many!
It's a sweet way to win the division.
Just about 97% of super bowl winners depend on their defense to help get them there.losperros wrote:

Nevertheless, the Seahawks have delivered a few clunkers this year so they're formidable but not invincible. At least the Vikes have given themselves an opportunity to host a postseason game. Let's see what they do with it. They can certainly watch film of their earlier meeting with Seattle and see what NOT to do!losperros wrote:

Yeah the passing game plan tonight seemed way off. It was all crap after they didn't execute on the first drive. They were forced to throw on a lot of 3rd and longs and really couldn't contain Matthews.Pondering Her Percy wrote: I definitely don't see us getting blown out like we did before but Teddy worries me. 10 completions for 99 yards? I agree, but Pruitt is a very good blocker himself. They could put Asiata out there as a TE because he is good at catching and blocking, and Line catches well too.Mothman wrote: Nevertheless, the Seahawks have delivered a few clunkers this year so they're formidable but not invincible. The injury to Ellison worries me. That didn't look good and he's a more important player than some people might think.
It's huge. He was vital at helping protection and the occasional chunk play. Without him our protection goes even further in the toilet.Mothman wrote: Nevertheless, the Seahawks have delivered a few clunkers this year so they're formidable but not invincible.
