Teddy has about a million man crushes on him about now. What a poised, control presence. And there nothing wrong with that arm.
And, his girlfriend is pretty damn cute.

I'll be doing likewise, PK.
Even though it is WAYYYYYY early in his career, it would seem TB is the QB this franchise has been looking for since Tarkenton retired.
It's a bit early for that but let's hope so. :)

They definitely have to eliminate those mental mistakes, missed tackles, etc.
I am not going to be so easy on them Jim. There is no excuse for letting Hester and Antoine Smith (of all people) abuse the left side of the defense on basically the same play. There is no excuse for the pathetic tackling we saw all game. The team needs to learn how to get off the field on third down still. Today, we saw the same issues on defense that been there for years and years. It is honestly like banging one's head into a wall repeatedly watching the defense.

That being said, Harrison Smith gives me hope. Anthony Barr looks promising. Everson Griffen and that defensive line though? I am very, very disappointed in their performance today.

Yes but the line blocked incredibly well today also

Munnerlyn was key on both those plays, one with a missed tackle and another with not being able to disengage and make a play.

I don't think this is the same defense at all. Not even close actually. The number of passes that were tipped or deflected by our CBs alone marks a HUUUUUUGE difference in how we are playing defense under Zimmer.
Everson Griffen and that defensive line though? I am very, very disappointed in their performance today.
I agree to some degree. Robison needs to do more against a TE!!!! I also feel like we aren't getting enough push up the middle.

Thanks.

As far as Teddy, it really helps when the Oline does a good job. They made some good holes, and excellent protection. Teddy just sat back there and fired bullets.

You are absolutely right about that. Isn't it amazing how much difference good Ol play makes? the running game was rolling. Bridgewater had the time to make plays and he did it. As far as I'm concerned, good blocking is really where good offense starts.

Couldnt agree more. Did you notice the spread formations and draw plays?

Great win... if we can handle our division games we should be in good shape.

I agree that they need to clean that stuff up. We basically said the same thing but as I said, it's a work in progress. We're still seeing some of the same problems because the team still doesn't have the combination of coaching, system, personnel and experience it's going to take to field a dominant defense week after week.

Joking. Never seen you post before in my life, but making a rash assumption based on your -- what I would call -- old school avy.
