It has been 12 years since a team has made THREE first round picks - 2001 Rams was the last

Spielman certainly took three very highly regarded players in this draft.

The second and third that they lost were later picks in each round, so I can understand why they had to lump in a fourth.

So we got people that complained about no receiver despite grabbing two great prospects for the defense with 23 and 24, then we go ahead and trade back into the first to get the best playmaking receiver in the draft and some are still ####?

Maybe Cole moves to the WLB spot and Henderson moves inside. I'm sure that 4th round pick will be a LB. maybe not a MLB but a WLB

personally I would have rather kept our picks but as long as we did not take Teo with the pick its OK.

No question, though, it's a gamble. And historically, the Vikings haven't done well with receivers.
