Not really, they are going to move him to 3-4 OLB.

I'm sure Bosa could play a stand up position, but I've only seen him in a three point stance

They can let him put his hand in the dirt at 3-4 OLB should he feel it nessecary, a 3-4 OLB is the primary pass rusher in a 3-4, after all.
