That and play with better leverage. A lot of times he is reaching a bit and gets forward in his lean and defenders can get under his pads and control his upper body. That isn't surprising given how easily he moves in space, but on pure pass sets he needs to develop less of a lean and more of a punch.
I have no doubts Kubiak is going to turn him into a reliable and effective starting LT.

On the surface, if someone asked me what the Packers could do in this year's draft that would make me as a fan of the Vikings happy, they're doing it. Move up to draft a speculative QB prospect that they could have sat back and had drop to them, then draft a college RB with a lot of miles on the tires who will see spot duty at best behind their existing RB.
Yup, that would about be ideal for what you hope a rival team would do in the draft.
Both of their RB are FAs next year. Makes sense to draft a replacement for Jamal Williams this season. A bit high but its a good move. Would have waited to take him in the 4th.

Short arms sometimes necessitate this. He's a mover, but I rarely see him sustaining blocks. That is problematic. Against Troy, you can get away with the initial block being a play maker but in the NFL, guys have the speed and ability to still destroy plays after the initial block.
