Nelson Peterson is concerned about one thing -- how much scratch will be available to leach off AP in 2015. His credibility ... ABSOLUTE ZERO.
I don't think its even necessary to comment on that one. This one has so little to back it up you pretty much just KO'd yourself.

NFL statement on Adrian Peterson: "Judge Doty’s order did not contain any determinations concerning the fairness of the appeals process under the CBA, including the commissioner’s longstanding authority to appoint a designee to act as hearing officer. Even so, we believe strongly that Judge Doty’s order is incorrect and fundamentally at odds with well-established legal precedent governing the district court’s role in reviewing arbitration decisions. As a result, we have filed a notice of appeal to have the ruling reviewed by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. In the interim, Adrian Peterson will be returned to the Commissioner Exempt List pending further proceedings by appeals officer Harold Henderson or a determination by the Eighth Circuit Court."

Edited the title.
Then there's this curious nugget.
@NFLprguy: "The commissioner's exempt list permits a player and team to communicate."
They've been able to communicate this whole time?

@TomPelissero The 8th Circuit only has court one week a month. The March slate is scheduled. Next session April 13-17. So that part's not moving quickly.

I have no idea what you just said.
But thanks for explaining to me what I'm allowed and not allowed to comment on.

@GoesslingESPN: NFL says Adrian Peterson can be traded, released or have deal restructured after March 10.
@GoesslingESPN: So essentially, the Vikings can do everything they'd need to do with Peterson, from a roster standpoint.

I thought he was only suspended for 6 games.

He was suspended indefinitely, with the first possibility of reinstatement scheduled for April 15th. He missed the last 6 games while on suspension but he remained suspended even after the season ended... until today.
