To sum it up: He's toast.

Multiple charges. Loads of evidence. He's doomed.

They even have footage of him entering his home (with the gun) minutes after the shooting. They have tons of other fancy Forensic Files stuff too. It's too much to post here. You can quote it later. ;)

First degree murder; held without bail.

Bye bye Mr. HERNANDEZ!

Aaron Hernandez - TE - Free Agent

Ex-Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Odin Lloyd, and is facing five additional gun charges.

Hernandez has pled not guilty, but is being held without bail. We are not legal scholars — it's surreal for a fantasy football site to have to cover such a senseless and macabre event — but the evidence the Attleboro District Court has collected against Hernandez over the past week appears damning bordering on overwhelming. Hernandez is alleged to have erased 6-8 hours of video footage from his home-security system, and was reportedly caught on tape saying "you can't trust anyone anymore" before picking Lloyd up on the night of the murder. He was also caught on film walking through his home with a gun after the murder is alleged to have taken place, and reportedly left behind a shell-casing in a rental car. The prosecution believes Hernandez "orchestrated" the "execution." This is just the first day of what is going to be a long and drawn out legal process, but the odds are remarkably high that Hernandez has played his last down of NFL football.

Yeah, I don't think anyone will be claiming him on waivers.

...plenty of people looking for a tight end in prison. He's wanted. Don't you worry your pretty little head about that one. ;)

Funny thing about people who commit murders: They aren't that smart. I've only watched a handful of episodes of Forensic Files in my day, but I'm smart enough to not even THINK about committing murder because they have ways to link that crap back to me. lol. They are SO good these days it's not even funny. With that said, he made it so easy. They thought this would be a ten minute deal: state the charges, discuss bail, and move on. Nope. They went on and on and ON about evidence. Details on who said what when, text messages, where he drove and when, who he was with, when/where the shooting happened, details on the gun, details on the shooting, (people reported gun shots)...guess who showed up at his house 2 minutes later getting out of his vehicle with the murder weapon in his hand? Guess when his home security system suddenly went funky? Right after he entered his house. Come on.

It's too, too, TOO easy. Like taking candy from a baby.

Yes, but not the actual text. They want the cell phone so that they can recover any text messages, deleted or not, from the memory.

I love the "Innocent until proven guilty" crowd, lol. They can't even arrest anyone nowadays unless they have almost foolproof evidence.

This sad on different levels. The poor victim and his family obviously :rip: , the fact that Hernandez's career maybe over  , and the fact that the Patriots lost almost every offensive weapon on their team except Brady.
