CP could be that guy. Has to step up fast though cause Diggs and Wallace are really going after it.

Who would have thought that Teddy would be out playing Peyton? And that the Denver backs would out play ours?

Denver gets it, they totally shut us down on our first possession.

I don't know the TOP but Denvers defense has been on the field a while, bodes well if we can keep it close and ground and pound a little.

I suspect you're right—but Burkhardt, the Fox play-by-play guy, claimed earlier that Denver had won the toss and had elected to kick. If that were true, the Vikings will receive in the second half as well.

Almost certainly Denver actually deferred after winning the opening toss, which means they will indeed get the ball to begin the second half—but then it would appear that Burkhardt didn't know what he was talking about.

Cool stat for the UCLA duo, Kendricks first sack and Barrs first interception both on Peyton Manning.

Thomas is clearly Mannings safety blanket (7 of his 9 completions). Maybe we should have Rhodes shadow him with Smith over top until Denver proves they can move the ball consistently any other way.

Yeah—in the earlier game today in Buffalo, when OB3 made another spectacular one-handed catch for the Giants but landed out of bounds, the analyst said something about "Good thing there aren't any style points in the NFL, because then we'd have to give him that one." Wallace's TD was basically the opposite. Easy pass, no defensive pressure, zero style points... but, hell, he caught it.
