Teddy will have to make a couple of big plays, Big Ben could have thrown for 500 yds on Seattle if he didn't get hurt. Pittsburgh didn't even really try to run on them ,but we can't put it all on AP, I see a very close game.

Pittsburgh's OL is so far ahead of the Vikings line it is almost numbing.Husker Vike wrote:Teddy will have to make a couple of big plays, Big Ben could have thrown for 500 yds on Seattle if he didn't get hurt. The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018
Re: Week 13 Predictions: Seahawks at Vikings
I think the other WR's really need to step up this game. Seattle's front is good enough to slow down AD if they make that their primary focus and Sherman can shadow Diggs. If Wallace, Wright or CJ can't actively contribute, I don't like our chances in this one.

Re: Week 13 Predictions: Seahawks at Vikings
I hate to say it but I think Seattle's going to win this game. They'll be desperate for the win, I expect them to have a good day running against the Vikes defense and I think their defense will be able to force the Vikes out of their winning formula. That's spelled trouble for the Vikings all year.

I've picked them in almost every game this year (when I actually remembered to do so) but I have a bad feeling about these next two matchups. The Cardinals just got hit with RB injuries though and that might help the Vikes next Thursday.
My biggest worry in regard to this Seattle game is that the Seahawks need this win.

keep an eye on rudolph this week. 19 targets and 13 catches the past few weeks, and seattle gives up a lot of production to opponents tight ends

I don't have a good feeling for this game. I think it will be close but my gut tells me that the Seahawks will take it in the 4th quarter.

Great post Just Me!
Everything in my hearts says the Vikings could win and I can justify it in many ways.
Unfortunately, I feel this weird air of uncertainty that I felt right before the 49ers game and I don't like it.

Just because everyone is throwing in the towel I'm betting the Vikes take it in what seems like a stupid easy match.
My guide to being a Vikings fan:

Not everyone. I predicted a 'convincing' win by the Vikings, as well.Skoltastic_Voyage wrote:Just because everyone is throwing in the towel I'm betting the Vikes take it in what seems like a stupid easy match.

Re: Week 13 Predictions: Seahawks at Vikings
without resorting to the huge font size with bold letters in all caps, i really hope the vikes get a hair to whip the seesaws in front of the home crowd! we owe them for what they have done to us in recent years.
as a team we have had a tendency to let good running qb's manipulate at will - we also will need a no-holds-barred effort to keep russ wilson from will-powering the ball to his receivers. with that, our offense will have have enough to come around.
vikes win 24-13

Re: Week 13 Predictions: Seahawks at Vikings
Seattle is not what they were two seasons ago; however, if we make mistakes and don't show up and play hard nosed football
I can see a loss.
If we have the effort, like last week; I think this is a very winnable game.
Two games this year we didn't show up SF and GB at home.. Denver we played hard but lost a tough
road game to a very good defense.
I predicted like a 24/17 win...

Re: Week 13 Predictions: Seahawks at Vikings
The SEA defense is statistically not nearly as dominant as it was from 2012-2014. Still, this game is going to be a slog. I think a huge key in this game will be not committing turnovers. If we can keep them from having short fields then I think we can beat them. Their offense is not good enough to reliably drive it 80 yards against our defense.
