I was at that game. Percy running the opening kickoff for a TD was awesome but I had to sit there in the hot #### sun watching mcflabb throw balls in the dirt for a whopping 35 yards. Wasn't pleased at all. Qualcomm is a horrible stadium lol

I think they haven't done much research if they think Bridgewater "Wilts" under pressure. Hes statistically better under pressure. I hope they blitz him all day.

They're probably basing that opinion on their viewing of the MNF game. While I would disagree Bridgewater "wilts" under pressure, he didn't look too commanding on that night. I'm guessing that's their only observation of Bridgewater (at least those who would come to that conclusion). They may get a rude awakening, though...

I would go as far as to say that he did succumb to the pressure that night. It was uncharacteristic of him, but those who say that he had an alright game that night saw something completely different than I saw.

If that is the only game you've seen Bridgewater play as a pro (or one of few) then I understand why you would assume he wilts under pressure.

watch Melvin Gordon run for 120 and 2td.
outplaying AP
A.Peterson - 20 for 126 yards and 2TDs
M. Gordon - 14 for 51 yards 0TDs

Brilliant

Melvin Gordon will never be a great NFL player. Not physical enough. EZ Elliot will be vastly superior.

Part of me wants to troll the hell out of those Chargers message boards. Some of them are freaking funny. Idiots.

IMO a lot of the charger fans were really cocky. It was really great to see them get crushed. Glad they're all headed back to Kalifornia with a big plate of crow.

I agree, but I also don't think we should get too high.. This was a 2nd string offense for SD.

Rivers, Gordon, Floyd, Allen, and Johnson are all 1st string. Their line looked beat up but so was the Vikings.

It was just weird like I was at mall of America on Friday and some dude starts talking trash. I wasn't wearing a single piece of Vikings gear. But guess you shouldn't judge a whole fan base from a few.

I know they had some starters out there, but that line was totally dysfunctional. As the game wore on, it felt like a preseason game to me, where one side keeps their first team in longer. Good W, happy they got it, Have to win at home. Just not the going to allow myself to get too excited about this team yet.

2. Steve Williams got his first INT of his career.

3. We held AP to 169 yards less than the last time we were in Minnesota.

Hahaha! Thanks for sharing that gem, other Craig!

Also, I'll be getting the Broncos post up later this week, probably Thursday. That gives their fans an opportunity to start talking and we will still have 3 days to discuss their discussions.

(That last part was just fun for me to type)
