there are a couple of issues....

Loadholt was a drive killer all season with repetitive stupid penalties. It cost Ponder quite a few completions and AP some big runs

Kalil did screw up here and there BUT (unlike Ponder and Loadholt) I think he has shown consistent progress


Ponder spent a lot of time appearing lost, missing the quick out open recievers, holding the ball too long, thereby making the OL look bad.

I think that Kalil will clearly be a great draft choice down the road. I cant say the same of Loadholt YET, and I am VERY doubtful that the "reach" for Ponder will look very brilliant in a year or two, more like the T-Jack decision.....
