He gives up too many catches. No he doesn't get beat deep often (twice at Pittsburg) but he bad on slants. He simply doesn't attack out of the WR break as he should, he is constantly a step late, which leads to a tackle instead of a break-up.Rhodes Closed wrote:ftr the reference I used, which was NFL.com, listed his last one as last year. Waynes is serviceable at CB but I can say he has improved as the season has gone along but the quality of QBs we have played has also declined. So.... is that improvement on his merits or because he is playing against Kizer and Flacco ( with no WRs).

I agree with Waynes struggling with slants. I would like to see him more physical at the line.
