What are the rules of being downed there? He was wrapped up, but only his hand and ankles hit the ground.

Why would it be a td? They blew the play dead. He wasn't down but they blew the whistle.

Did his forearm touch? He was contacted a bunch by players other than Floyd whether his knee was down or not
