Some light moments in #Vikings pressers today. Asked Bill Musgrave if he still has the fumblerooski in the playbook: "We probably need it." Moments later, Mike Priefer yelled my name across the fieldhouse to give me the finger. Good to see nobody's losing their sense of humor.

Watching Mistral Raymond today, I'm not sure he's ready. Seems to have a hitch in his gait. Better chance than last week, though. #Vikings

Listen up Vikings fans: Rookie WR Jarius Wright will be active for the first time this season on Sunday. Harvin, Guion doubtful.

Not surprising...
Apparently, Percy Harvin won't even get a chance to work out before Sunday's game against Detroit.

ESPN reported on Saturday night the Minnesota Vikings have ruled out their top receiver.

#Vikings coach Leslie Frazier says there is nobody on injury report who shouldn't be ready to go after the bye. That includes Percy, Guion.

Harvin still not ready on the ankle, Frazier says. Swelling gone in Harvin's ankle but he remains sore, tender. Hoping he can do something Wednesday.
Michael Jenkins has a foot issue, underwent MRI, no structural damage but it is bothering him.

They're going to rush Harvin back and he's going to get AD'd! RUN HARVIN RUN!

Wait, on second thought, don't run.

He'll be good to go, if the swelling has gone down then he'll be fine. He's a tough SOB. If anything he can be used as a decoy

Percy says he will try to practice today, see what he can do. #Vikings
Also talked to Chris Cook. Cast off, recovery on schedule, believes he will be back by end of season.

That sounds like promising news. It will be great having them both back for the Super Bowl run.

Edit: Harvin lost the battle with the trainers. He didn't practice.

If the Vikings are eliminated from the playoffs, I hope that everyone involved is smart enough to hold him out.

Why? He needs the reps. It's not like he's coming back from a knee injury. If he's healed, let him play.

Because he's an injury prone third year player. He doesn't need the reps.
