Iloka wouldnt have the impact a really good T or G FA would have had, but it would be a huge upgrade over Sendejo. Huge. Would make the offseason till draft day for me.

I wasn't talking about keeping Kalil but it doesn't matter cause I see we're keeping him.fiestavike wrote: Hard to see bringing in Osemele and Schwartz while keeping Kalils 11 mil on the books.

Does this team plan to change the offensive line AT ALL?
Give me a break. Mike Harris and Fusco again?

Cold market so far for Jeff Allen?

Its like Groundhog day. Same thing for the past 10 years. They dont fix the Oline, or improve it, and they dont fix the safety position.
Maybe they are planning on going Oline DBs in the draft.

The annual overreactions during the first day or two of free agency are also reminiscent of Groundhog Day.PurpleKoolaid wrote:Its like Groundhog day. Same thing for the past 10 years. They dont fix the Oline, or improve it, and they dont fix the safety position.

There's still time and opportunity to make changes and improvements. Let's see what, if anything, develops in the coming days, weeks and months.

I hear the Eagles are interested in him because Eagles new head coach Pederson, who was Kansas City’s offensive coordinator for the past three seasons is familiar with him.dead_poet wrote:Cold market so far for Jeff Allen?

It's quiet but that doesn't necessarily mean it's cold. There have been rumors the Eagles are interested. I imagine the Chiefs are working to keep him around too. Hopefully, he's on the Vikes radar.dead_poet wrote:Cold market so far for Jeff Allen?

Of course, the trouble is just, how many spaces are even available on the OL after they bring back pretty much everyone from last year? Its frustrating. I hope it isn't the disaster I kind of expect.Mothman wrote: The annual overreactions during the first day or two of free agency are also reminiscent of Groundhog Day.![]()

Re: teddy and Norv, certainly room for improvement, but not much if the line doesn't improve significantly. Just more pissing and moaning based on nothing but rubbish stats and ignorance.

If our oline looks remotely the same this year I'll cry purple tears.fiestavike wrote: Of course, the trouble is just, how many spaces are even available on the OL after they bring back pretty much everyone from last year? Its frustrating. I hope it isn't the disaster I kind of expect.

The Jets have dropped out of the running for free agent CB Adam Jones.
This leaves the Dolphins, Vikings, Ravens, and Browns as teams known to have reached out to Jones since the negotiating period began.
