So if Ponder is out, and Cassel somehow gets injured, who's the 3rd QB?

That's why I get nervous when they only dress two QBs. Like the 15th string LB that they dress is soooo important.
The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." ‪#‎SKOL2018

Ponder before the game ... "I got 5 games to prove to the Vikings they don't need to draft another QB"

1st half stats ... 3/8 40 yards

he went out of bounds behind forward progress, which means the WR is given forward progress and the clock would still run, but since it was reviewed, they had to stop the clock, which means an auto 10 sec runoff

USA Today @TomPelissero: PA guy in press box adds that Ponder is currently 3-of-8 for 40 yards. Might as well have said "This ain't gonna matter" too.

Agreed and EG will do just as well as Allen who seems to be saving himself for the next team he goes too .

Exactly. JA makes $15MM this year. Well deserved but it's for the past and hurting the future. Such is the way the NFL works. I am not complaining. I love what he did for us.

I'd love to see Cassel play the second half. You cannot get a better apples/apples comparison.

Watch... he'll play well, get the win, and then on Tuesday, Frazier will announce Ponder starts next week. :wallbang:

Well that's because we have a 1 point lead. Ponder gets the win and Cassel gets the Save

When the Vikes are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, Josh Freeman starts, right? Anything else defies reason.
