I remember it the way Demi did. Jackson was their boy and they couldn't stomach the fact that Gus was just better.

The NFL doesn't work like that anymore. You take a gamble on a young guy and hope he pans out, epecially when the average age on your team is 23.

But yes you are right, Demi. Gus did get screwed that year.

Only player who got us to the playoffs that year was AP. Gus did his best to not mess it up, and make a play every once and awhile.
