Want to see what 34 looks like.
Cine is a Beast.
2nd round grade according to most. Not too much of a reach. Doesn't have ball skills though.

Come on now. Cousins wasn't a high potential 'developmental' QB. Not the same scenario at all. I'm not saying Willis will even amount to anything. He may not, I have no idea. But I wouldn't mind taking the swing.
I was referring more to Bridgewater and Ponder. "Swings". That resulted in Cousins.
Oh gotcha. My fault, totally misread that. Definitely see your point.

Rick Spielman's brother, Chris, works in the front office of the Lions. He exacted revenge for his brother tonight. :slice:

So disappointing, hopefully he turns out good. I just feel this déjà vu feeling from the last gm head coach duo we had in here.

I dig this pick.
Four players that played in front of him on defense last year were drafted ahead of him...in this draft.
Definitely points to what the new defense is going to look like. But also points to the new look defense taking some time and personnel to actually work.

Wonder if someone gets crazy and trades a haul for pick 34. Or the Vikings can take Willis. It’ll probably be Booth or Dean though.

I was going to mention this, the dline he played with was insane! That would make most dbs look good.

If Cine turns out as good or better than Hamilton then good trade. If he doesn't not so good. Reading comments from Georgia fans they say he's fast and hit's hard, but he can't cover his junk with a fig leaf.

Listening to KOC and Kweesi talk on KFAN does not inspire confidence. We may be on our way to Jets/Lions/Jags territory before long.

I can tell the trade is going to end up being good because so many fans hate it.

GM Adofo-Mensah on Lions taking WR Jameson Williams in Minnesota's spot at No. 12 and Vikings getting safety Lewis Cine at No. 32: "(Williams) was one of our favorite players in the draft but we got a pretty bad dude on our team."
So trading him to a division rival makes sense. Tonight =Fail
