When he could make big plays, you could excuse an occasional fumble. Now, he doesn't make big plays and he still fumbles. That's a problem.

How about defensive players who continually make stupid mental mistakes extending drives for the other team ? I don't see any of those guys being benched for a play or series, it's always " they want to win so bad".
