Questionable. Perhaps his ACL will drive his price down a bit. He's only 27.
That's what I'm thinking, the Vikings are trying to buy a high stock guy whose price is probably depressed right now due to injury. If he goes down, they have Floyd waiting in the wings. If they can get him at a reasonable price, it's a smart deal especially with such weakness at LB. A solid DL helps the LB's out a lot.

I think a great defensive line covers up weaknesses on the next two levels of defense more than the other way around..so I am all for adding more talent there.

The Cowboys have shown interest in melton too and from what I hear, the Bears are still interested. I don't know what his asking price will be but interest from multiple sources usually helps that. :)

ESPN - Patriots and 5-time Pro Bowl CB Darrelle Revis reach agreement on 1-yr, $12 million deal - Adam Schefter

There goes that fantasy. And there he goes to make more big money next season! Wow!

I'm thinking that he is going to love being on the open market again in one year.

Jets lineman Vlad Ducasse's visit to Minnesota will be early next week, per league source. #Vikings

12 mill for the year and he gets to play on a contender and a good shot at a ring? How is that a poor deal? lol. Next year he's still young enough to seek out and get that big 4-5 year deal.

@RapSheet: Munnerlyn’s three-year #Vikings deal could be worth as much as $15M, per source.

Munnerlyn was thrown at 98 times but only gave up a single TD all season.
George Edwards, Eric Sugarman, Zygi Wilf and Mike Priefer all left within minutes of each other. Not sure what that means for Melton tonight

Henry Melton will be around all night, I'm told. Stay tuned on that one.
