I have no idea. Ball didn't make it to line of scrimmage, he was in the tackle box and under pressure. Complete BS.

It was a screen play. The RB was a few feet away from where the ball landed

Arm strength looked fine. D-back pushed a bit, but wish CJ had contested that more. Oh well.
