Sure, bring him into camp on a minimum deal. We could use competition at the position.
Yep, what do we have to lose? It's worth a shot.

I'm all for bringing him in, but as the article says the Raiders still retain his rights, so until they cut him its really just pointless speculation.

Wait... Don't they call Zimmer the "Football Whisperer"? Haven't you heard? He WILL take this team and transform it overnight.

Buccaneers signed DE Michael Johnson, formerly of the Bengals, to a five-year, $43.75 million contract.
The deal includes $24 million guaranteed, the fourth-highest figure among defensive ends. Johnson will slide in at right end opposite Adrian Clayborn in Tampa, making Da'Quan Bowers a backup. With Johnson, Clayborn, and DT Gerald McCoy in the fold, the Bucs should be able to get more consistent pressure from the front four. Johnson has racked up 21 sacks the past three seasons.

The Saints still haven't officially cut Darren Sproles. If New Orleans can't deal him, one team to watch for Sproles -- The Vikings.

Pretty much the same deal Everson received. Just imagine if we gave Johnson and Griffen the same contract? This board would riot hahaha.
