To put it into perspective, Ham has a Yards Per Catch metric of 8.6 Yards, a Yards Per Rush Attempt metric of 1.8 (since we use him as a short yardage back), and a Yards per Touch metric of 6.8. He's been incredibly dependable in getting us first downs and hauling in catches.
\Very small sample size on those stats. I meant what I said though. I'm taking your word for him being quite good at what he does.
Not sure how the sample size is exactly small when it's from his entire three year career. Heck, take out Year 1 when we barely used him at all and those stats get even better.

And he has proven to be a legitimate threat as a receiver when thrown to.
I've never noticed him being particularly good, but I will take your word for it. If he is well above the average Fullback then I'm OK with the contract. I actually wanted us to keep the rookie over him this last offseason.
My dvr I used for the NFL ticket specifically died and had to be replaced, so I can't go back to see specific plays, but i remember him being impressive as a receiver for a FB. I wish I could remember which commentator it was, but during 1 game whoever it was went on and on about 1 of Hams receptions. They replayed it a few times at different angles and he kept going on to the effect that " That's is a FB making that catch". Even remember my buddy texting me about what a great catch it was for a bowling ball lol

Less than 50 carries I would guess and less than 20 catches I would guess. To me that is a small sample size that could be easily skewed. Regardless I am agreeing he is like Yogi Bear. Better than the average Fullback.
