O'Neill, Reiff, Elflein, ?, Remmers would have the makings of a very good run blocking OL. They would still be suspect against outside speed rushers, particularly if Kirk doesn't learn to STEP UP in the pocket...which he will never learn.
Remmers did above average on the whole as a tackle, and actually is one of the better run blocking tackles.
