Wow...what a game. The first half was an exact mirror of what I was expecting, minus the turnovers.

Really inspiring performance by the Seahawks. It was so sweet to see the Packers fans in the Clink stands with that about to barf look.

Hoping for a Belicheck vs Carroll superbowl.

Amazing coaches in their own way.

Great game....glad I watched.

Some one reportedly heard Rodgers mumbling something while he was leaving the stadium and it sounded like "just RELAX"

I was really impressed with the way the Packer defense played for 3 qtrs. The whole whole team played great. I thought McCarthy kinda played it too conservative on those goal to goal situations in the first half of the 1st qtr, and the way they eased off a bit in the 4th qtr was a killer.....but it's super easy to second guess it now.

A couple of times it was obvious that a healthy Rodgers could have taken huge chunks of yards instead of pushing little dumpoffs to his RB that fell incomplete and served as drive killers.

I also thought Matthews hit on Wilson was ugly and I see him more often looking like a pretty dirty player....I'm glad his season is done.


I thought I saw a horseshoe fall outta Carroll's pant leg as he was running onto the field at games end too.

The coolest thing is Kevin Williams will get to play in a Super Bowl. I miss him in purple, but we all know that he wouldn't have gotten that chance here.

It was a monumental choke....

but I gotta say(and I know you know all this ), the way the Seahawks defense played was what kept them in the game. The 2 goal line stands were huge.
Watching the way the Pats D is handling the Colts, who's D handled Manning, just points out that the QB is only a piece. An big one, but still just a piece.

Rodgers career is starting to look more and more like Peytons as time wears on....meanwhile MR. 40 Tds is down eleventy touchdowns to the Pats

I hear ya.....and as many as Peyton, with a good chance to eclipse them both in a couple of weeks. There's a lot to be said for team culture. Wilson's reaction and humility in his post game interview says a lot about what they've got going on up there...not so much in GB where the suggestions have been that it's mostly about the culture of Aaron.

No doubt - Seattle's defense overcame an equally impressive choke by Russ Wilson for 57 minutes, allowing Seattle to stay in the game long enough for Wilson to come around.

That said, McCarthy did as much as anyone to lose that game for Green Bay. His play calling was atrocious, I thought.

Yeah but the difference is that Peyton was the one who choked in the playoffs so many times. In Rodgers' case, it is usually the rest of the team. He played good enough to win today, the team let him down in the end.
