I think you're right but you have to admit that the side-by-side is pretty hilarious. I know Childress had a huge playsheet that someone (Mondry?) turned into a Denny's menu, which was equally as funny. Sometimes when things are bad you just gotta laugh.Reignman wrote:C'Mon Man! People are only looking at the "size" of the play sheet. You can clearly see there are just as many categories on the Musgrave sheet as on the others. In fact I count at least 20 categories on Musgraves card and maybe only 15 on Paytons and 16ish on McCarthys. I hate to defend Musgrave, but I think my theory is correct, he just uses a smaller font/layout and thus doesn't need a big sheet. Would be nice to get an HD shot to confirm. And where do those other guys keep those billboard like play sheets? On the play sheet forklift?

I am looking at both sheets, front are the same size. Maybe we have a few more categories but they have 20 plus more players under each category than we do. I have said it once months ago and ill say it again we have the most limited playing calling offence in the league. I actually remember having a rant in the pre-season on how small the card was and that it barely covered Musgrave's mouth.

Eh, when Leach was at Texas Tech, his play calling sheet was possibly even smaller than Musgrave's, and in the Crabtree/Harrell era, they had a nasty offense. I think it's just that Musgrave sucks.
