Can you explain the difference? To me there is little to no difference between handling problems in life and your battle with faith. Your battle with keeping your faith strong gets you through the problems in your life.

"problems in life" are NOT "mental problems"

According to the article, he hasn't decided. Working out every day, blah, blah, blah. The Vikings have him under contract through 2014.

I think technically is not under contract anymore, but still owe 2 years to the team.

He quit his job, because it wasn't fun

I know a few people who did that (some of them leaving some really well paid jobs) to do something they like.
Most of them are so much happier now. (Not walking in their shoes, but I would say all but one).

Good for him. I respect that decision.

yep. we should all be so lucky to do something in life we truly enjoy. few of us get to. athletes are usually the exception. but this kid wasn't happy in life and turned down a lot of money to change paths. how anyone can knock him for that is beyond me.
