Everything I've read suggests that no one can announce any moves until the league year starts at 4:00:00 eastern time. So unlikely he's announcing any moves

League year opens at 4PM Eastern Time. 3:30 in MPLS would be 4:30 Eastern time, so he could announce something.

My guess is he wants to explain what is going on. Losing PH and AW in the course of 24 hours is a pretty shocking change after going 10-6. They should be accountable to the fan base. Hopefully they will explain what is going on.
