Many kudos go out to Frazier and he certainly will get a new deal sooner than later but there is much competition this year and I doubt that he will win the award. I will say that I appreciate all of the great work that he has done and see that his players have bought into his plan and seem to play hard for him each and every game.
I, for one, love his demeanor. He is not standing on the side lines screaming and throwing his clip board around and cussing out the officials.
He has played in the league and brings his calm demeanor to the game. The team players seem to reflect his style and calmy have gone about improving week by week. We as fans should appreciate that.

Exactly why he should get at least serious consideration. He and the team are progressing quite nicely and sooner than 99% of the people thought. Ponder has done well as of late and the game seems to be slowing down for him a little, and that seems to be a reflection of Frazier and Musgrave.
