You forgot the most important part of the article.

Lesnar was exonerated when tests showed that the seized pills were not, in fact, steroids.
No, they weren't. But afaik growth hormones are still illegal without a prescription.
Everything wasn't ready to go with Fedor. There was no venue, no date, and no promotion that they were fighting for.
Affliction had everything set up and ready to go if he got out of his contract.
I will agree with you Couture looked drained. However Couture himself said he had no excuses and the layoff didn't hurt.
He's a veteran fighter, and has class. He's not going to make excuses. But it was clear the layoff did hurt. His stand up was sluggish, and he was gasping for breath after the first round.

RC had time to prepare for this fight, Lesnar beat his a$$, period. Techical points dont count in an a$$ kickin. Maybe 10 years ago Randy would have beaten Broc, unfortunately for him, the fight was now, he fought, and got whipped.
Lesnar may or may not have taken roids, same can be said for Randy IMO, he prolly did in his day too.

I love the UFC, but like in all sports I get sick of "oldies" trying to live off what they used to be, Im gald RC got his a$$ kicked, just like Ill be glad if BL gets his kicked 10yrs from now.

I wasnt aware that you couldnt win the fight by just beating the living shet out of someone....oh wait you can, and Brock did.

Its as viable a strategy as any other and it should take nothing away from Brock.

He won the fight. I'm not arguing that. You obviously know little about MMA, however, or you'd have seen major holes in Brock's game. Right now he's not champion because he's the best martial artist in his division...he's the champion because he's gigantic. The cavemen might love the hell out of that, but I respect the more technical side of the game. I can't wait to see someone like Mir or Nog choke his #### out. In addition to being a lousy fighter, Brock also seems like a substandard human being. And his tattoos are dumber than dumb. Nice #### tattoo on your chest, ***.

First of all, how the hell would you know how much I know about MMA. Secondly, I know perfectly well what Brocks limitations are from watching him and he plays to his strengths, just as all fighters do. If you have a certian advantage, you use it and thats what Brock did.

So? Who gives a #### if he won because he's the strongest, quickest, has the best technique, ect...! He won because he played to his strengths.
The cavemen might love the hell out of that, but I respect the more technical side of the game.
 Well good for you. Ya know in baseball some people love high average hitters, some love speedsters who steal bases, some love home run hitters and some love players for their amazing defense. Just because you like the more technical side doesnt mean the other facets of fighting are any less worthy.
In addition to being a lousy fighter, Brock also seems like a substandard human being.
Link or proof please.
I can't wait to see someone like Mir or Nog choke his #### out.
And if Brock beats the everliving #### out of either of them, then what do you have to say. More crying and sour grapes is my guess.
And his tattoos are dumber than dumb. Nice #### tattoo on your chest
Once again with the 6th grade stuff.
Tatoos like clothing and hairstyles are a matter of personal taste. "dumber than dumb"...really?

Oh and I forgot one other thing. Probably not a great idea to start bashing Lesner on a board with potentially lots of people from the Minnesota area as he has alot of fans here from his wrestling days at the U of M.

I applaud Vikingmachines post! I could not have said it better myself. I don't know what Colinito's problem is but his posts come off like he has some vendetta against Brock. Maybe Colinito had a bunch of money on Couture?

I love how the two Brock Lesnar apologists can barely spell. Fitting. Um, the apostrophe called. He wants to remind you that he's part of the English language.

Yeah, his advantage is that he took steroids and Randy didn't. His other advantage is that he's like 15 years younger. He may be champion, but I don't respect him one bit. Hey, it was inevitable that Randy's skills would decline. You can fight steriod-ridden behemoths, but you can't fight time.

Enjoy your victory, guys. I'll be posting again when he loses. That is all.

I'm not a mod on this section of the board, but I know personal shots are not what we want around here. Keep the personal stuff to yourself, please. (That goes for everyone)

One of the least respected things you could possibly do on a message board is to call someone out on spelling issues. Its widely considered bad form. If you want to discuss MMA things thats fine but the personal shots you just took are very juvenile.
