Who did you watch a lot of tape on Perkins or Jones?Pondering Her Percy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:03 pmI’m starting to wonder. I watched a lot on Perkins. Would have liked Perkins more.

I hope we trade up into the 3rd. Take Perkins still.
Re: Day 2 draft rounds 2,3
The ILB pick seems suspect but I like the Mond and Davis picks. Don't know a thing about the edge rusher.

No idea. But Jones doesn’t seem to lack pass rush moves the more I watch him. And he has 17.5 sacks in two years. No way he’s reaping benefits of plays breaking down that often with those numbers. I’m liking that pick. Still baffled by the Surratt pick thoughYikesVikes wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:06 pmOnly Edge guy with a 90+ rating in rush d and pass rushing. Why is he being treated like her has the plague?Pondering Her Percy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:03 pm

There has to be more to the story but he is acting like he is blindsided on Twitter.

He's a lite version of Clowney. Explosive but not as dominant. Needs to learn better hand tech.

He’s got a hell of a get-off on the snap. 8.5 sacks in 2019. 9 sacks in 2020. Consistent production.
And I agree only pick I didn’t like was the LB. I would’ve went with Melifonwu from Cuse

There must have been a ton of red flags as to why they passed on him all these times. Got to be...

That’s literally exactly who I thought of when I watched him. If he lacks hand tech, that’s one thing I trust Patterson with. Hunter didn’t have gray great hand tech either. It’s still not great but has gotten better. But that was a Patterson pick right there. I’d say let him and Wonnum dual it out or even split reps.YikesVikes wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:12 pm He's a lite version of Clowney. Explosive but not as dominant. Needs to learn better hand tech.

Yeah this whole round has passed on Perkins. Something is going on there. But I’m definitely not mad about the Jones pick. More baffled about the Surratt pick

Only issue is the age. He's a 5 year senior. Guys like that usually have a lower ceiling. I am just too blown about Ronnie to enjoy this pick yet.Pondering Her Percy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:16 pmThat’s literally exactly who I thought of when I watched him.
