What happened to our TE's? What happened to the dink and dunk passes that would move us down the field? Why does Cousins look like a high school QB playing in the NFL? I have never seen such indecision from a QB. How are him and the WR not in sink? Is the Bears defense that good?

My thoughts are Cousins doesn't have the offense playing like a team.
2nd thought is: it falls on the coaches to call better plays. How many times did we try to run up the middle for a loss or no gain. We needed quick hitters like we did in garbage time to loosen things up.

Gonna agree on your point about running up the middle. I know Zim and Kubiak are committed to running the ball.. but sooner or later ya gotta admit on a day like today that continually attempting to run it up the gut was not working. This interior of this Bears D is NOT the kind that you keep pounding to soften up. They DON'T SOFTEN UP!!!! So try another way to give Cook an opportunity. Hell my 29 yr old daughter even texted and said Dad why do they keep trying to have run try and run up the middle? They keep stopping him. I just said that's what the coach wants.
I'm finally starting to slide over to the side of being completely disappointed and disillusioned in Cousins. I used to have faith that he had the talent and leadership to be that missing franchise QB we desperately needed. But even his former teammate says he sees a diff guy now. More tentative and playing scared and definitely not as confident as he was before.
As someone said in the game day thread. He seems broken. It's his will and confidence is shot.
I wonder if the pressure of the contract and the focus and expectation of being the final peice to get us s SB has gotten in his head and he jus can't deal with the pressure.
He sure is a far cry from the " You Like That" fiery guy. Now he just goes over, sits on the sidelines staring down at the tablet with a look like "Man these guys are too good for us".
.I just dream of the day that we actually draft a manning, a Brady, Mahomes or aome young QB who grows into a solid franchise QB who takes control of the team and makes us a winner. I now dont believe we found him in ths deal.

You run up the gut because Chicago was without their 2 starting DTs and starting Inside LB...that's the obvious plan of attack given Mack and Co. On the outside. It's all about execution again. The Vikings played soft, that's not on Stefanski. If you cant exploit that as players, then I dont know what to tell you...
