Maybe stopping you from getting bullied? It worked for me when I was a kid all the way up through HS. Sitting and whining about it does nothing. Nor does killing yourself over it. Talk it out, and find a solution.

So, you really believe the only way to deal with a bully is to retaliate? Why is it that the onus is on the bullied to stop the bully? Where is the responsibility of all those who allowed Incognito to run rampant?
I dealt with bullies by ignoring them. Not easy, but it was 100% effective. Not everyone can do that, though. You are expecting a guy dealing with depression to swim upstream against everything his mind is telling him and stand up emotionally and physically to a manipulative sociopath. That's a recipe for disaster.

What is offensive? Incognito went way beyond being a bully. Hes is a piece of scum that I don't want the Vikings associated with. Its more then him just having character issues. Just my opinion. You are welcome to yours.

the guy is a mauler I wouldn't deny that at all ..
he has been thrown off several teams and thing that concerns me the most is his post mistake attitude and comments..
The guy was clearly wrong in posting that text about hurting the guys family.. he might have actually started to (toughen the guy up)
by picking on him, but even at the end of the investigation is in total denial as to what the reality of the situation is..
I wouldn't be surprised if football gives him the same treatment they gave to T.O. over the last few years ..
